We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Orders placed before 11:00am (Monday–Thursday) may be eligible for same‑day dispatch.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on the next working day, usually Monday (unless it is a UK bank holiday).

Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping typically takes 1 - 2 business days after dispatch.
In total, you can expect to receive your order within 3 - 4 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, including 24‑hour and 48‑hour services, subject to additional charges.
Expedited delivery times are typically 1–3 business days after processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non‑refundable.
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the selected service.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order has not yet been processed, you may contact our support team to request an address update. We cannot guarantee changes can be made.
Once an order has been dispatched, no changes can be made.

Delays & Courier Issues

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Returns & Refunds

Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Due to shipping regulations for liquid products, all fragrances are shipped securely and in compliance with UK courier requirements.
